POSTAL QUESTIONNAIRE  

An easy, quick way to find out about both you and your partners fertility. All you have to do is complete the questionnaire and post it off. Either Wendy Eustace or Fiona Wynn will carefully review every answer you have given and send you a report based on your individual situation. There will be lots of hints and tips to help you increase your chances of conceiving. Based on your own health and lifestyle, we will also be able to give you specialist advice to increase the likelihood of a healthy pregnancy and baby.

We have found that the postal questionaire is ideal for couples that live further away, or would just like to be reassured that they are on the right track. The questionaire is based on 40 of the most frequently found "fertility essentials" that influence conception and healthy pregnancy.


TELEPHONE CONSULTATION

Full discussion focusing on ALL areas (80 "fertility essentials") that could be influencing conception and a healthy pregancy. With the advantage of answering all of your concerns, immediate feedback and a future plan.

The consultation can last up to 1 hour.


FERTILITY ESSENTIALS CONSULTATION

By seeing you in person the discussion can be more relaxed and we find more of your concerns can be addressed fully. Again all 80 "fertility essentials" are covered, including an acurate measure of the female partners height, weight and body mass index, a powerful fertility essential. We are also able to give you an indication of your general health by carrying out a urinalysis and taking your blood pressure. Doing these measurements over the phone can be tricky!.
